Total Compensation going up more than 3%?
So I was talking to an administrator today. She said that the low raise has to do with the higher costs of other benefits in UK staff's total compensation. I would love some more information. What is the increase in total compensation?

If I had a company health store I would be self-insured and only incur the real costs - not the profit + costs that a self-insurer like my company's health insurance.
The CEO of the company that runs my health insurance makes $10 Million a year. I really don't like that.
