Wal-Mart in Kentucky

In their own site, they admit to paying poorly!
"Average wage for full-time workers [in Kentucky]: $9.94" Well, assuming that the average person misses 14 days unpaid, that's less than $20K (19,880)! The median compensation in the US is $21.60/hour (from Newsmax :) ).

Would it be safe to assume that part-timers make less?
