What is Right to Work for Less?
Overview: At issue is Right to Work for Less. In the past this has not been an issue, but a majority in the Senate and the Governorship for Republicans have led anti-working class elites to think this is the time. I guess they don't realize that all Republicans are NOT anti-working class elitists.
"Right to Work" is a misnomer unless you include "for Less". It means that unions and companies cannot agree to closed shops. It means that the unions have to represent people who do not pay for that representation - creating free riders. It makes unions focus on organizing their own - signing them up to contribute, instead of other functions like representing members in disciplinary actions, contract negotiations, and organizing.
