Labor the NGO

The rich are getting A LOT richer. Today on the Clark Howard Show he went on and on about how the rich are getting a lot richer, but the rest of us are seriously lagging. He talked about the lack of equity in people's homes and how the number of people who own stock is comparable to the late 1980's. The debt, and the money to service that debt, are staggering and keep us from being able to get anywhere. I talk about what Clark said because there is no way that he can be labelled some scary liberal.

There will be a backlash! The question is how we are going to do the backlash. It looks like 2006 will be a very good year for sending pro-worker legislators to Washington and Frankfort. What should they do when they get there?

Organized Labor should be considered a non-government solution to poverty. More about this later.
