Bad court decision to go to SCOTUS

Hopefully it gets fixed. It's rather obvious that retaliation is retaliation. It's against the law. Whether it is obfuscated by involving a third party or not, it's still retaliation. How 10 judges get this wrong is amazing to me and is another reason to always be distrustful of authority. Hooray for the six and the SCOTUS members who granted cert.
