Cyberhillbilly blames Kentuckians

culture (of eastern Kentucky) or the excesses of the welfare state. Much of the poverty in the region is generational and affects hundreds of families whose only experience with coal is its use in the stoves and stokers.

I would have figured it's goal would have been more to explain things from a justifiable right social culture of eastern Kentucky point of view... a "land that has given so many of it's son's and daughters to USA in WARS" point of view... that I'm mad at Cyberhillbilly for not being loyal to the state.
